    Important Notice

    • Calendar access is mandatory for Google Sign-In users
    • If you do not wish to share calendar data, you can create an account using email sign-up instead
    • You may revoke permissions anytime via Google Account settings, but you will need to switch to a different sign-in method to continue using Boom App

    • We retain calendar information only as necessary for reminders and organization

    For users who sign in with Google, we handle your Google data with special care:

    • Google Calendar Data: Accessed only when needed for meeting reminders and is not permanently stored on our servers
    • Google Profile Information: Basic profile data (name, email) is retained until account deletion
    • Google OAuth Tokens: Automatically expire and are refreshed as needed; revoked immediately upon account deletion

    Your Deletion Rights

    • Revoke Google Access: You can revoke Boom App's access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account settings
    • Delete Account: When you delete your Boom App account, all associated Google data access is immediately revoked
    • Data Deletion Timeline: Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
    • Backup Deletion: Data in backup systems is purged within 90 days of account deletion
